From an early age, Dany knew he wanted to be a chef. Growing up, the kitchen was the heart of the home. He first developed his appetite for cooking alongside his mother and grandmother in the family kitchen, using ingredients gathered from the farm and cooked on the open flame grill. Everything was made from scratch and by hand.
Since then, Dany sought to create a life intimately entwined with the art of cooking and sharing his creations with others. Dany believes that relationships are formed around the table and that eating and sharing a meal is one of life's most simple pleasures.
